Annual Assessments

In July of 2022 the Association voted to increase the Annual Assessment by 15% each year for 5 years. The Assessment fee increase schedule is:
- 2023-$ 201.25
- 2024-$ 231.44
- 2025-$ 266.16
- 2026-$ 306.08
- 2027-$ 351.99
Homeowner assessments are billed annually and are due January 1st each year. Invoices are mailed 30 days prior to the January 1st due date, payable no later than 31 March.
Acceptable forms of payment are check, money order, cashiers check, Zelle, and cash.
Members can either mail in their payment to, or drop it in the SLOA mailbox located at
Seminole, AL 36574
NOTE: Owners whose assessments are received after March 31st will incur a $50.00 late payment fee. In addition, members will incur a non-payment fee not to exceed 15% of the current annual lot assessment per month they are deliquent.
