Annual Assessments

The 2022 Annual Assessment is $175 per lot.
In July of 2022 the Association voted to increase the Annual Assessment by 15% each year for 5 years. The Assessment fee increase schedule is:

• 2023-$ 201.25
• 2024-$ 231.44
• 2025-$ 266.16
• 2026-$ 306.08
• 2027-$ 351.99

Homeowner assessments are billed annually and are due January 1st each year. Invoices are mailed no less than 15 days prior to the January 1st due date.

Acceptable forms of payment are check, money order, cashiers check, and cash.

NOTE: Owners whose assessments are received after March 31st will incur a $50.00 late payment fee. In addition, members will incur a $26 a month non-payment fee as well as interest for each month they are deliquent.
